By downloading, installing, or using HumanizeAI ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
HumanizeAI provides two core features within a mobile application:
Both features are powered by Google's Gemini AI via Firebase Vertex AI. Results are estimates and should not be treated as definitive or legally binding determinations.
HumanizeAI offers the following paid subscription plans, which unlock full access to all features:

Usage Limit: Both the Monthly and Yearly plans allow up to 20 feature uses per day (combined across AI Detection and Humanizer). The daily limit resets at midnight UTC. Unused daily uses do not roll over to the following day.
Free Tier: The App may offer a limited number of free uses at our discretion. Free tier limits are subject to change without notice.
Subscriptions are processed and managed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). By subscribing, you authorize the applicable platform to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until that date.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not issue refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact Apple or Google support.
No Partial Refunds: We do not provide partial refunds for unused days in a subscription period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's account settings at any time.
You agree not to use HumanizeAI to:
AI detection results are probabilistic estimates based on language patterns and are not guaranteed to be accurate. The AI percentage scores should not be used as sole evidence in academic, legal, or professional proceedings. HumanizeAI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of detection results.
The App, its design, code, brand, and content are owned by HumanizeAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Text you submit remains your property. By submitting text, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the requested service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanizeAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
