HumanizeAI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). Please read this policy carefully.
Information You Provide: When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and message content. When you subscribe, payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play — we never receive or store your payment details.
Automatically Collected Information: We collect anonymous usage data including app version, device type, operating system, and crash reports to improve performance. We do not collect personally identifiable information automatically.
Text Input: Text you submit for analysis or humanization is sent to Google's Vertex AI (Gemini) for processing. We do not store, log, or retain any text you submit. It is processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
The App uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create a temporary, non-identifiable session token. This token does not contain your name, email, or any personal information. It exists solely to enable secure API communication and prevent abuse. This token is refreshed automatically and is never linked to your identity.
We use Firebase App Check to verify that requests to our backend come from legitimate instances of HumanizeAI. This protects our service from abuse and unauthorized access. App Check generates a device attestation that does not contain personally identifiable information.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with:
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for customer support purposes. Anonymous session tokens expire automatically. Text submitted for AI processing is never retained. Subscription records are maintained for the duration required by applicable law.

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, Firebase App Check verification, and anonymous authentication to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
